Good night, 100% pure essential oils of Lavender, Lemon, Marjoram and Chamomile

This oil mixture smells very pleasant and is composed specifically to soothe and help promote a good night's sleep.

Everyone is known for soothing and for providing comfort and relaxation.

Suggestions for using this essential oil blend:

  • Very good in diffuser / oil lamp or similar. If you have a diffuser standing in the bedroom, you can mix in 4-6 dr (try it out) per. 100 ml of water. Set it about 20 minutes before bedtime so that the room has just the right aroma for your wishes. Use weaker than too strong a mixture, as this may work against its purpose. Never leave the diffuser on at night when you sleep!
  • If you do not have a diffuser, you can drip a few drops on a cotton ball and place it on the bedside table.
  • Alternatively, you can apply one or two drops undiluted under each foot when going to bed.
  • Mix 8 drops in fractionated coconut oil, jojoba oil etc and add this to the bath water for one to unwind, preferably before bedtime.
  • Take a few drops in a spray bottle with a little water (possibly 5 dr to 2 dl water), shake well and spray spray into the air for a quick air purifier / good smell.

NB!  Always test on a small area before applying the oil (thinned) on the skin for the first time.

INCI:  Lavandula Angustifolia,  Citrus Limonum, Origanum Marjorana and Anthemis Nobilis.

Storage:  Dark and cool, inaccessible to children.

General precautions when using essential oils:

Remember that all essential oils should be used with great care and respect. These drops are very potent and should be kept out of the reach of children. Pregnant women should avoid all essential oils and people with epilepsy, asthma and high blood pressure should check specifically regarding the individual oils.

Never use essential oils internally. There are some exceptions for some of the oils as a flavoring, but then only in microscopic amounts mixed with liquid or the like. In fact, drinking only a few milliliters of essential oil can, in the worst case, be fatal.

Always read a little before you start experimenting with essential oils and remember to check that they are labeled 100% pure essential oils.
