Use 1 ml of essential oil (about 25-30 drops) to 100 ml of base oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on the body or in the bathroom.

Aromatherapy

Add a few drops to your favorite mixture in the diffuser to add extra character and a relaxing feeling.

Massage

Use in a massage mixture with a base oil to enjoy the soothing and positive effects of organic Patchouli oil. Then feel free to mix in a few drops with essential oils of Lavender and Cedar. We recommend liquid (fractionated) coconut oil. Remember not to overdo the amount with the essential oils, if the smell is too strong it will be able to work against its purpose. This applies in all contexts.

In the bathtub

Pine oil is also said to have a beneficial effect on the urinary tract, especially when used in a bath. You can therefore try the oil for urinary tract infections such as cystitis, pelvic inflammatory disease and prostatitis.
If you have pain after walking or standing a lot, a foot or tub bath can help relieve and alleviate the aching feeling.

As with any new product, always perform a sample test before first use.

General precautions when using essential oils:

Remember that all essential oils should be used with great care and respect. These drops are very potent and should be kept out of the reach of children. Pregnant women should avoid all essential oils and people with epilepsy, asthma and high blood pressure should check specifically regarding the individual oils.

Never use essential oils internally. There are some exceptions for some of the oils as a flavoring, but then only in microscopic amounts mixed with liquid or the like. In fact, drinking only a few milliliters of essential oil can, in the worst case, be fatal.

Always read a little before you start experimenting with essential oils and remember to check that they are labeled 100% pure essential oils.
