We will regularly publish healthy and good food recipes for soul, body, mind and spirit. The times we live in now require a change in how we choose to eat. So much food contains ingredients that are not compatible with our ascension. In order to maintain a high vibration in our body, we need to eat food with good energy. Great soup

1 large yellow onion, chopped
500 grams of stew meat
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 medium carrots, (2 cups) peeled and cut
1 small turnip, (1 and 1/2 to 2 cups) peeled and chopped, (about 1 cm dice)
5 medium red potatoes, (about 5 - 6 cups) peeled and diced, (about 1 inch dice)
1/2 lb (227 grams) sliced mushrooms, white or cremini
4 and 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 tablespoons tomato puree
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
3 cups of water
1 cup broth

Fry the onion, add oil and a pinch of salt and pepper on a medium heat in the soup pot. Fry the pot meat in a little dairy butter and put in the pot.

Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover the stew and simmer for 30-35 minutes or until all the vegetables are tender.

Greek chicken salad

2 pieces of chicken breast
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon or to taste black pepper powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri chili powder / regular chili powder 1 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp dry coriander powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp olive oil

Take 2 chicken fillets and pierce them with a fork on both sides. Put them in a bowl and squeeze the lemon over. Sprinkle with garlic and ginger powder. Then add salt, pepper and the rest of all the spices.
Mix everything well so that the chicken is well marinated. Leave covered for about 1 hour.

Cut up cabbage, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, apples, green peppers, olives, coriander, fresh mint leaves, chop nuts and add to the salad. Add olives and white beans.

Squeeze a little lemon over and olive virgin oil.
Put on some tobasco sauce, a pinch of salt.
Fry the chicken fillet for 4-5 minutes on a low heat on both sides with a little coconut fat in the frying pan.
Cut the chicken fillet into slices and place it on top of the salad.

Avocado and egg salad

Ingredients:
2 avocados, ripe
6 eggs
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Avocado sandwich

Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Put in cold water and leave to cool. Prepare the rest of the salad in the meantime.
Cut avocado into small cubes/pieces and put in a large bowl, add cherry tomatoes, chopped celery stick, chopped red onion, chives.
Peel and chop the eggs.
Add chopped eggs to the salad, then add lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Stir until well combined.

Lovely to have on sourdough bread with a little tomato, olives and sprouts.

Avocado and egg salad

Ingredients:
2 avocados, ripe
6 eggs
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Asian salad

Drain the tuna and place in a large bowl.
Add diced avocado, diced cucumber, diced tomato, sliced onion and chopped cilantro.
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl; whisk to combine.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

Watermelon and lemon juice

This juicy lemon and watermelon juice is great with ice cubes in the middle of the afternoon. It is refreshing, full of antioxidants and highly diuretic.
• Watermelon contains more water than virtually any other fruit. It has a very low calorie content and the lycopene content helps strengthen the connection between your nerve cells.
• When you combine watermelon and lemon juice, you hydrate your body and improve circulation, while improving the elimination of toxins thanks to their diuretic properties.

Carrot Juice

Juice with carrot, lemon and cucumber improves circulation
To ensure good blood circulation, cleanse your body of toxins, and improve the health of your kidneys, you need foods rich in antioxidants and diuretics. By combining cucumber, carrot and lemon juice, you can help the body's pH balance and remove harmful toxins that can cause diseases. This recipe also helps regulate your blood pressure.

Remember that your kidneys don't just have to clean your bloodstream and remove toxins: they also filter out extra sodium and secrete the following three important hormones:
• Erythropoietin, which stimulates the production of red blood cells.

• Calcitrol, which is the active form of vitamin D and which ensures that you absorb calcium into the skeleton.

It is easy to trick yourself into thinking that your kidneys are working fine and that you are healthy. But remember that a poor diet and exposure to environmental pollution and toxins can overwhelm your body, threatening the proper functioning of your kidneys.

Carrot juice

Carrot juice to cleanse your kidneys
Ingredients
• 2 carrots
• 1 cucumber
• The juice of 1 lemon
• 1 cup of water (200 ml)
Preparation
• One thing you must always remember if you have kidney problems is that you must always drink plenty of water and pay attention to the right kind.
• What do we mean? The best water for taking care of the kidneys has a low mineral content. You must especially try to avoid water that contains a lot of calcium or magnesium.
• All you need to do to make this juice is wash the carrots, peel the cucumber and squeeze the fresh lemon.
• Put everything in a blender together with the cup of water, and run it until you have a fresh, homogeneous juice.
• It is best to drink this juice early in the day.
