100% pure essential organic oil of Fennel

Organic fennel is found mainly in Mediterranean and Asian regions. It sways around the ocean meters in height. The fennel plant is very attractive to bees with its eye-catching yellow and feathery flowers. Fennel can also be grown in Norwegian herb gardens but it is not very common to see here.

User tips:

Dilution

Use about 20 drops or just 1 ml of essential oil to 100 ml of base oil. As a rule, you can use up to 1% dilution for use on the body or in the bathroom.

Massage / aromatherapy

Organic fennel oil can be soothing if used in massage when diluted with a base oil.
When used in aromatherapy, it is used for mental stimulation, clarity and focus. Use organic fennel oil in your diffuser to clear your mind and increase focus. Feel free to combine it with your favorite oil oils to create your own personal blend.

It is important not to overdose as it is a fairly strong fragrant oil.

Skin care

The fennel lather can have a cleansing and strengthening effect on matte, oily or wrinkled skin. It can also be tried on bruises and to clean out the venom from insect bites.
